Sharma Taxi provides reliable and safe transportation services including local rides, outstation trips, airport transfers, and group travel services using Sedans, SUVs, and Tempo Travellers. The services are provided subject to availability, traffic conditions, and road regulations.

3. Booking and Payment

• All rides can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or direct phone call at +91 99177 08200.
• Payment can be made in cash, via UPI, or online payment gateways provided at the time of booking.
• Advance payments may be required for long-distance or special trips. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
• By booking, you agree to pay the fare as quoted and any additional charges applicable due to route changes or waiting time.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the ride may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride may incur a cancellation fee.
• Sharma Taxi reserves the right to cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability, extreme weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride. Sharma Taxi is not liable for lost or damaged items.
• All passengers must follow safety guidelines, including wearing seat belts where applicable.
• Passengers should provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations. Any delays caused due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

6. Vehicle Use and Conduct

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Sharma Taxi drivers are professionals. Passengers must treat them with respect and follow any reasonable instructions for safety and comfort.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused intentionally or due to negligence by passengers will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability

Sharma Taxi is committed to providing safe transportation, but is not liable for events outside our control such as accidents, traffic delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events. Passengers use our services at their own risk.

8. Privacy
